ECRL Materials and Equipment Purchasing System
In the interest of optimizing and integrating the local procurement resources, China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn. Bhd. (CCCECRL) has completed the custom-made of the E-Platform—ECRL Materials and Equipment Purchasing System specially established for local vendors. Our future procurement of equipment/materials as required for the construction of ECRL Project will be conducted via this system on tender and biding basis. Henceforth, we are pleased to invite all potential vendors to register in our E-platform via the link at http://me.cccecrl.com/.
Please kindly ensure the uploaded data is true and valid as it is essential to our pre-qualification assessment. CCCECRL will at the same time carry out market survey or any investigation required on those registered companies, in their aspect of company performance and capability of services, this is to verify the authenticity and validity of the information provided.
The companies who have successfully fulfilled our pre-qualification standard will become our shortlisted suppliers in the grading of either TRIAL or QUALIFIED suppliers, and may participate in the tender or bidding calls of Equipment and Materials supply as per the Project’s requirement.
CCCECRL will evaluate all partnering suppliers annually in the categories from low to high grade, it is from Grade Trial, Qualified, Excellent and Strategic suppliers. Any suppliers who fall below our Trial grading will be given notification of dissatisfaction or dismissed from further corporation opportunities, while for those rated at Strategic or Excellent suppliers, they will further be given priority of acquiring more procurement opportunities.
