ECRL will promote the development of business, logistics, trade and tourism along the railway. Over the past few months, on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, China and Malaysia have actively conducted friendly negotiations on the project, and have realized the adjustment of the overall project cost. China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. and the Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd have always maintained a close cooperative relationship. The two parties hope that the project resumption would bring closer cooperation in the areas of technology transfer, talent training, and professional exchange, and provide greater contributions to Malaysia economic development.
